Refund Policy

15-Day Refund Window

We offer a 15-day refund window from the date of purchase. Due to the digital nature of our products and instant access upon purchase, refunds are processed by our payment provider, Paddle.

To request a refund, please contact our support team at contact@arsalanmoin.com with your transaction details within 15 days of your purchase date.

Access Revocation

If a refund is granted, access to the refunded digital product or bundle will be revoked. Any other purchases you have made will remain unaffected.

Support Tips

Optional support tips are also eligible for a refund within 15 days of purchase. Tips do not grant access to any digital content and do not affect your purchased products. Refunding a tip will not revoke access to any bundle or product.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
